Mark Home Privacy Policy

Mark Home is a private integration used by its owner to connect authorized applications and AI tools to Google Home.

Google data accessed

With the user's explicit authorization, Mark Home may enable authorized clients to access Google Home information such as:

• Home and room structure.
• Connected device information.
• Device capabilities and attributes.
• Current device states.
• Historical device events or state changes.
• Commands needed to perform user-requested device actions.

Mark Home accesses only information authorized by the user through Google's OAuth process.

How information is used

Google Home information is used only to provide smart-home functionality requested or authorized by the user, including device discovery, state monitoring, historical analysis, and device control.

Google Home data is not sold or used for advertising.

Data storage and connected clients

Mark Home itself does not operate a separate consumer database for storing Google Home information. Connected authorized clients may process information necessary to fulfill user requests, including temporary processing.

A third-party client connected through Mark Home may also store or retain information under that client's own privacy and data-retention policies. Users should review those policies before authorizing a client.

Data sharing

Mark Home does not sell Google Home data or disclose it to advertisers. Information is made available only to clients explicitly authorized by the user as part of the requested integration.

Authorization and revocation

Access is granted through Google's OAuth authorization process. The user may revoke access through their Google account or Google Home settings. Revoking authorization stops future authorized access; it does not necessarily delete information already retained by a connected client. Deletion and retention requests are governed by that client's policies.

Security

OAuth credentials and authorization tokens are intended to be protected from unauthorized access and used only for the purposes described above.

This website

These public information pages do not request access to Google Home data. Mark Home does not add analytics, login, forms, or application cookies to this website. The hosting infrastructure may use security protections, including security cookies.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Mark Home's functionality changes. The current version will remain available on this page.
